To use the bKash App from abroad, please do the following:
Change bKash Account Number
Open the bKash App and tap on 'Update bKash Number'. Check the notification and tap on ''Proceed''. Enter current bKash account registered Bangladeshi Mobile Number, tap on ''Next'' and enter your new foreign mobile number.
Verify and Confirm
Enter the verification code sent to your foreign mobile number, agree to the Terms & Conditions and Proceed. Next, upload the photo of departure/arrival stamp (seal) in the passport as proof and take a picture of your face to verify
Enter PIN and Log in
Enter the temporary PIN received in the foreign mobile number via SMS. Set a new 5 digit PIN. Now, log in to the bKash App using your foreign mobile number and new PIN
To close your bKash Account, please ensure the following first:
Make bKash Account Balance 0.0
To close bKash account, you need to make sure that the bKash account balance is exactly 0.0
Ensure that there is no unsettled loan
To close the bKash account, repay installments of all the loans taken using your bKash account
Cancel All Savings/Subscriptions
To close bKash account, cancel all savings schemes/subscriptions
Once all the above mentioned tasks are completed, visit the nearest bKash Customer Care Center/bKash Customer Care with necessary documents:

To close the bKash Account, visit the nearest bKash Customer Care Center/bKash Customer Care in-person along with your NID. Once your account is successfully closed, your data will be managed (retention/deletion) as per the guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and relevant laws of Bangladesh.
